20點吃完晚餐,忙到0點又配藥吃了顆蘋果。
洗完澡,打打文章、看看影片,轉眼就到凌晨3點了。
現在有點肚子餓是正常的吧?
該不該沖杯麥片喝呢?或是做爆米花吃?
可是這樣總覺得對自己太好,似乎會有罪惡感,
而且又得再刷一次牙,實在太麻煩了。
還是上個廁所後就關燈,乖乖抱著娃娃睡吧。雖然腿痛有點難忽略。
