失眠(六十四) 早醒酸辣湯 - 憂鬱症

吹完頭髮就沒力氣再爬起來了,倒頭就睡,
卻在<2hr自己醒來,就這樣滑手機到天亮。
突然很想喝酸辣湯,就自己用調理包煮,再加點青菜、粉絲進去。
吃飽喝足後,睡意來襲,眼看時間還早,就爬回去睡回籠覺。
雖然空腹容易嗜睡,但睡眠品質通常較差;
還是不要在太餓的狀態下入睡比較好。
P.S. 過幾天終於輪到我打疫苗了,等真久。
對於副作用感到怕怕的,真是打也不是,不打也不是。
