最近常早早躺在床上準備睡覺~
可卻必須要很過很久才能睡著~
且從躺在床上到真正睡著~
這中間隔了將近3個小時多~
害我不斷的在想~
究竟該如何讓自己睡著~
不知道這跟健康狀況是否有著相對的關係~
