減藥的不適應過了一個多月終於適應,但是動力開始變很低,鬱期又不容易被藥物濃度控
制,但是因為想減藥讓身體更好。好左右為難,問,有人有一樣的困擾過嗎?

較平衡 後來覺得先以心情為主 本來也是覺得能少吃
還是減看看不過都失敗XD
但我開始學了想學的課程 整體來講有開心一點
