很想知道大家平時除了吃藥外,還有什麼方法減輕自己的負面情緒和思想?
運動?瑜珈?念經?看好笑的節目?
因為我又開始有壞念頭了。
我又開始想哭了。
是我努力還不夠嗎?不然怎麼會這樣?
朋友教我一些平靜自己的方法,我卻時好時壞,還是很依賴大家的安慰。

好像只有我無法戰勝負面能量似的。
