每當焦慮來時身體總是不好受
連帶的是壓力而來
而一有壓力就會害怕自己得精神分裂(慮病)
所以一直怕承受太大的壓力
導致退縮不敢勇於挑戰
一想到有人因為壓力過大生病我就會亂想自己可能也會
我是不是心理生病了阿
大家都怎麼排解焦慮和壓力呢?
