吃到一點點沒熟的豬肉...? - 醫療資訊

今天自己剁絞肉包水餃,包好之後煮沸一鍋水,丟水餃下去煮;
蓋鍋蓋煮兩分鐘後關火,用餘溫悶一分鐘左右,
之後吃到剩下三四顆時發現中心部分有2mm*4mm的豬肉還紅紅的沒熟,
剩下的有兩個也這樣,而在這之前吃下的七八個水餃可能也有一點點沒熟的部份,
請問這樣會不會怎樣?
