剋服過敏心得 - 過敏

天氣變化大,又到過敏的季節,分享一些經驗談,希望幫助過敏人士恢復活力啊!
1. 別洗熱水澡,熱會讓身體處於慢性發炎狀態,我都洗40~41度溫水澡
2. 同上,就寢時別穿太多,別讓身體處於過熱狀態(其實台灣真的沒多冷)
3. 不舒服就做15min有氧運動吧,可讓氣管順暢,也是最有效方法
4. 可吃LP33,長期吃可減輕過敏症狀,但太嚴重還是得吃抗組織胺
把握一個原則,別讓身體過熱,過熱身體就會發炎,加上台灣濕度高,
空氣不好,很容易就引發過敏症狀。(鼻塞、皮膚癢、眼睛紅腫等)
有興趣人可翻我之前文章,我在大陸不會過敏,但一回台灣過敏症狀就出現,
經過這一兩年在台灣慢慢調適,找出上述解決方法,現在幾乎沒過敏症狀了,
提供給版友參考,希望能有幫助。
(先從洗溫水澡開始吧!)
