因為肩膀有塊骨頭撕裂
休養兩個月沒動
造成肩膀僵硬沾黏(變成五十肩)
現在一有時間就伸展把沾黏拉開
但拉完的隔天會更痠痛 疑惑忍痛繼續是否造成傷害擴大?
或是休息造成沾黏回復?
我應該忍痛繼續 或是休息個一兩天呢?
