練完後覺得頸動脈處隱隱作痛,
上網一查,過去曾有30出頭上班族因咳嗽用力造成頸動脈剝離,中風,
請問健身時用力,像握力、單槓、啞鈴、負重深蹲、伏地挺身等,
真的會造成頸動脈剝離嗎?
