請問健保有無規定每次的住院日數？
因為上網搜尋的結果
有人說健保局有規定各疾病住院的"參考"日數
但是不具有強制性
還是以醫生對於病人現況的診斷為主
不過 如果住院超過參考日數
醫院跟醫生好像會被健保局要求要提出說明
因此醫院常以住院已經超過參考日數為由要病人出院？
不知是否有網友可以提供相關的規定或法條來源?
