早上睡醒第一件事,先喝500cc的水,再去刷牙,早餐先吃一顆蘋果,或
打果汁喝(蘋果+奇異果+鳳梨+高麗菜+水或優酪乳),喝完就會有便意了,
也可以把地瓜(夏天用蒸的、冬天用烤的)當作早餐吃,對便秘很有效!
我覺得早上時間排便最好,所以盡量早上多吃水果,吃完就會有便意了。
