作息調整小作戰 - 憂鬱症

從這次憂鬱復發以來,作息已經徹底日夜顛倒了。
通常早上七八點才開始入睡,傍晚起床,剛好接晚餐...
今天回診後,醫生說半夜一點(我以往的睡覺時間)就躺在床上陪養睡覺的感覺,
早上八點(私自改成九點)就是把自己逼起床,喝點咖啡或做其他日常生活的小事,
經過三五天「陣痛期」後應該會改善。
姑且一試囉!不過我在床上翻滾兩小時後,受不了了,
還是躺在床上滑手機爬prozac板的文 :o
到底五個小時後能不能起床成功呢~
