我是說無業或休學的時候
一般來說情緒相當悶愛想東想西
就比較晚睡
不定期失眠
早上還是每天強迫去運動
下午以後關起來一整天 盯著螢幕找求職相關資訊、寫作、逛ptt廢文、讀書
吃三餐 (現在太窮不像以前有代餐進補 吃不到基礎代謝 就一直更瘦
還有力氣就練練樂器 已經沒有健康時的那種熱情了
回到正軌的憧憬 申請研究所 報托福 也越來越被日子耗光了
我也不知道為什麼會這樣
為什麼一直努力好好走著卻總是越走越倒退
一天要怎樣安排才有意義
