各位好，
家人近日乳房病理報告切片出爐，乳房有兩顆東西，報告看起來都是良性。但醫師建議需
要根除纖維囊腫，因為報告看起來是往不好的方向長，根除它一勞永逸。我們想備份報告
，找另外的醫師諮詢，聽聽其他意見。
第一家檢查的醫院，是位於台中某醫學中心附近，一間網路評價分數還不錯的乳房外科的
聯合診所，每次去都有很多看診的人。會這樣的疑慮，主要是醫護人員似乎一直建議微創
手術，而我們是擔心是否真如醫師所說。
目前我們會諮詢第二家醫院，在此想多聽聽板上專家的意見，感謝大家。
Diagnosis Breast, 8' /2 cm, right, core needle biopsy, apocrine metaplasia in
the background of fibrocystic change.
Gross Description ：
The specimen submitted consists, of 5 tissue fragments measuring up to 0.8x0.1
x 0.1 cm in size fixed in formalin.
Grossly, they are tan and soft.
All for section. Jar 0 Microscopic Description ：
Microscopically, it shows extralobular and intralobular stromal expansion, irr
egular involution of terminal duct-lobular units and focal cystic change, cons
istent with fibrocystic change of breast. Focal apocrine metaplasia is also fo
und. No atypical ductal hyperplasia, in situ lesioh nor malignancy is seen in
sectioned specimen.
