1. 心理師說阿德勒的理論太古老了。
心理學的研究是需要因地制宜、與時並進的,
不適用於現在很多案例。
而且連他自己都看不下去阿德勒的書,
所以我可以不用看沒關係。
2. 他推薦我看一本書《當尼采哭泣》,說覺得很適合我。
3. 問了心理師關於CBT (認知行為療法 Cognitive behavioral therapy) 的問題。
他說對於純憂鬱症患者而言,蠻有用的,
是短期療法,僅需要幾個月,但蠻辛苦,需要做許多回家作業、每天記錄。
對於我這種還有其他如共依存症、依賴性人格特質等問題的人,
比較不建議用CBT。
換句話說,我要改掉我的想法和行為模式,
需要持續諮商至少一至兩年才有辦法有進展。
雖然每次都只是像聊天一樣(我也想過為什麼我都不用做回家作業),
但他說我有進步。
我不知道是被身邊的人逼著成長的,
還是諮商真的奏效了。
我不敢對諮商冀望太多,所以就把每次諮商當作是情緒的出口,
把心理師當成無話不談的朋友。
4. 我把心理所有不敢對別人提起的黑暗面都傾倒在諮商室的桌上、攤在心理師面前。
我蠻佩服心理師的,
都不用做任何筆記,卻能夠記得我說過的所有細節。
心理師是不是都有偷偷錄音,
事後再用筆記整理重點起來啊?(認真求教)
