在很掙扎時想起版上的k大
幾乎每天都會持續運動
真心佩服,所以我今天去運動了
雖然討厭運動但更討厭自己一身肉
好想好想回到以前有自信的自己
哪怕只是外在
快走短短45分,沒有很多
但心情很好!
也要持續練習早睡~~
不要再早上7點睡了…
