話說我因為個人因素要離開p板了 有人要接續我繼續發這系列文章嗎 罷偷~(拜託的意思XD
要寫下[目標/簡單敘述要用什麼方法達成目標]
當然不想寫下方法也Ok啦
上週目標進度如何也記得去前一篇文記錄一下啦~
有達成上週目標的可以再把這週工作量相較上週調重一點 沒達成的(像我)就稍微調輕
重要的是放輕鬆還有計畫的過程(放輕鬆最重要!!!!)
