前幾天天氣變乾冷
臉很癢,眼睛又很乾,有種
很疲勞的感覺、很酸澀,並且會畏光。
喝牛奶、吃橘子之後就好多了,
因為牛奶、橘子都是滋陰潤燥之品,
補充了我眼睛的水分,真好!
