乳癌治療過後,淋巴長硬塊 - 乳癌

我的媽媽在三年前左邊的乳房長硬塊,
醫生化驗之後研判是第一期,也開刀切除了硬塊和一些有擴散到的淋巴
而這三年間也定期追蹤,本來一直的報告結果都沒事
但昨天我媽媽得知最近的報告結果,發現左邊的淋巴長了一小塊
而最近也常常聽到媽媽說左腳大腿到膝蓋都會疼痛,免疫力也很差,都會常常感冒
我想請問
這樣的硬塊需要快點切除嗎?這會不會是癌症又復發?
這情況讓我們又再陷入低潮和惶恐
該怎麼辦?...........
