從今年2月底到上星期停吃會導致身體過敏的食物快8個月吧。
中間有偷吃1次布丁以外,
我一直和雞蛋、牛奶、小麥、柳丁、芝麻、蘿蔔、玉米類的食物絕緣,
效果還不錯。
比較不容易鼻塞和眼睛癢、喉嚨癢。
上星期5開始偷吃,就是想說就算鼻塞也讓他塞了。
好久沒吃麵包類的漢堡,(大部分都吃米漢堡),麵條,布丁、牛奶、泡芙、餅乾了,
吃了很爽。
還好沒有太大的發作,就鼻子塞了一些,眼睛又紅了一點。
不過我打算1年就吃個1次就適可而止了。
沒辦法啊。因為自已的腸子就是比較差一點,只能多保養了。
我現在是1天2餐,早餐在家裡吃,避免掉2分之1在外面吃不好的油的機會。
即使在外面,也盡量遠離油炸、燒烤的食物,能素食就素食,過著老人般的生活。
