大家好
我一直有個問題
就是一天到底要睡多久
跟要從幾點睡到幾點會比較健康??
之前有看到新聞說一天睡7個鐘頭最健康
我個人高中時代是都從11點睡到6點
就睡這7個鐘頭,午休不睡,白天都在念書
晚上整個就是好眠!
但大學時代到現在,作息整個就是亂亂亂
而且我發現如果前一天很早睡,隔天很晚睡又睡不多
接下來的那一天會整個變鬼,也就是氣色很不好
是身體接受健康的作息突然又換成另一種不健康的style
所造成的影響嗎??
