當你感到很混亂,有衝動作出傷害自己的行為時,
可以適時提醒自己的一句話,
或者是什麼話可以加強你復原的決心,
把它們列出來,寫在一個小本子上有事沒事翻一翻,
給自己灌輸正面思考....
可以警惕我自己的話:
1.remember it hurts
2.(這個很蠢)我要愛惜我花十萬矯正的一口牙,不可冒蛀牙之險
3.當心唾液線腫大臉型變醜
4.i am taking care of myself,我要善待我自己
