24小時心電圖判讀 - 醫師

如題，要回去醫院看報告時剛好疫情爆發於是取消門診，到現在一直沒有回診，想請問版上醫師報告內容是否有異常？謝謝

DIARY EVENTS:14:32 SOB Sinus tachycardia at rate 113/min

1. Sinus rhythm with rate 42-158/min and mean 73/min.
2. There were intermittent first and second degree AV blocks.
3. There were intermittent ectopic atrial rhythm.
4. Rare APCs （total 3） with blocks and aberrant ventricular conduction.
5. Rare VPCs （total 8） with multiform and ventricular couplet.
6. No pauses longer than 2.0 sec.
7. No ST segment deviations more than 2mm.
8. Total 1 event: 1 event was sinus tachycardia　　　　
Note: Three Channels （MV5, MV1, Lead III）
