Techniques:
1) Sagittal T1Wl ,T2Wl and STIR
2) Axial T2Wl
Findings:
#Alignment within normal limits
#Left paracentral extrduded disc of L5-S1, causing moderate central canal and
severe left lateral recess stenosis
#Generalized bulging disc of L3-4 and L4-5,resulting in mild central canal
stenosis
#No evidence of compression deformity
#No evidence of intradural lesion
#Conclusions:HIVD of L5-S1 with spinal stenosis
