以下是我爸腹部超因波的結果說明
醫生只是簡單說一下,我爸沒有聽很清楚
我查了一些相關的單字,可是也湊不出正確的意思
而且很多縮寫字,以及一些單字查不到
所以想請各位先進煩請幫忙重點解釋以下的結果

Multiple anechoic lesions(the largest one is about 6~7cm) with posterior
enhancement seen at bilateral lobe of liver
IBD
negative
CBD
normal shape and size
Gallbladder
one echogenic material(1.4cm) with acoustic shadow is seen at GB sac
Portal Vein
Negative
Pancreas
homogeneous echotexture and normal thickness at head and body portion
Spleen
Negative
Kidney
Negative
Comment:
Sonographic Diagnosis:
# Polycystic liver disease
# GB stone
