前幾天讀到一份病理檢驗報告，
DIAGNOSIS：
Smooth muscle tumor of uncertain undetermined malignant potential(STUMP),
myomectomy.
GROSS DESCRIPTION：
The specimen is composed of muitiple pieces od tan tissue. measuring up to
11 x 8 x 7 cm and weights 171 gm.
Representative sections are subbmitted in 12 cassettes.
MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION：
Sections show moderate cellularity and diffusely modernte nuclear atypia.
However,the mitotic count is less than 1 per 10 HPF.Coagulated necrosis is
not present.Smooth muscle tumor of certain undetermined malignant potential
(STUMP) is considered.
依病理診斷為『惡性度不確定平滑肌瘤』，有絲分裂細胞數目<1/10 HPF。試問臨床上
判定該病理傾向良性或惡性？
