Imaging findings:
MRI of L-spinc was pcrformcd without Gd injcction. Paticnt was on supine
position by using spine coil. The FOV is 28 mm，4 & 3 mm slice thickness， 0.5
mm gap and matrix of 192*256， The result revealed:
Technique: TE/TR T1(8.4/600)，T2(116/2166)，STIR(53/4000)
1、 Left paramedian bulging of the L4/5 disc with obliteration of left spinal
recess was noted. Lt L5 radiculopathy was considered. Recommend NCV & EMG
2、 no evidence of narrowing of the neuroforamina was noted
3、 no abnormal signal in the vertebral body was noted
4、 normal lordotic curvature of L-spine was noted
5、 no evidence of spondylolisthesis was noted
Impression:
L t paramedian L4/5 HIVD with left L5 radiculopathy was suspected.
