在下的老婆今年32歲，日前至台大雲林分院檢查脖子有一顆3cm的腫瘤
醫師也隨即抽取檢測，今日病理報告結果出爐如下：

Thyroid.aspiration and smear,suspicious for malignancy
Microscopically,the slides stained by Liu's stain show many atypical cell
clusters with nuclear pleomorphism,grooving and occasional pseudoinclusion.
A few thick colloid and calcification are also present.Air-drying artifact
is conspicuous in the slides stained by Papaniclaou stain. The picture is
highly suspicious of paillary carcinoma.

醫師研判有80%之機率為甲狀腺癌
醫師建議兩側一併摘除
我想請教版上前輩，請問以上報告是否為甲狀腺癌機率較高呢?
兩側一併摘除是最好的作法嗎?
另外我們考慮照顧的問題(家住雲林，高雄有家人)，
目前考慮在雲林及高雄開刀
不知版上前輩是否有推薦此兩地的病灶之權威
目前有朋友推薦找成大醫院黃士銘醫師
據說他是此科之權威，不知道有版友知道他的評價嗎?
